What exactly is "Webmail" anyway?
Have you ever seen the Hotmail Website? It's kinda like that. Basically, it allows you to dispense entirely with having to have an email program like Eudora or Pegasus. Instead, you use your web browser and login to our server to check your incoming mail, send outgoing mail, etc. It can even handle file attachments.
How do I use it?
Very easily. :-)
Once you have been assigned a userid and password, all you do is point your web browser to this URL:
Once you're there, you'll be asked to login. Type in your userid (which is your complete email address) and password and then click on the LOGIN button. After a short pause, while the server checks your mail, you'll be presented with your "inbox". If there's any mail waiting, simply click on it to read it. When you're done with it, click the trashcan icon to delete it, or move to another message if you prefer to keep that one around for later viewing.
It's that simple. Really. :-)
Does this only work for people that have a "GaryNuman.Info" address?
Nope - it now works for everyone who has an email account here, regardless of the domain name it's attached to.
I Have A Question That Isn't On This List.
No problem. Send email to joey@garynuman.info and I'll try to answer your question as best I can.
