Please fill out one line of the form for each website (NumanFan or Commercial) that you wish to set up. Use multiple forms if necessary.

If we will be hosting a domain name for you, you also need to fill out and submit a Domain Information Form/Release for each domain we register.

We need the following information from you:

• Type of Website - In this field, enter either NumanFan or Commercial. NumanFan accounts must be used only to house Gary Numan-related websites. And yes, we will be checking. :-)

• Domain Name Requested - If we will be registering a new domain for you, or transfering an existing domain name to our server, then enter the domain name in this blank. For example, mydomain.com. If you are not registering a domain, we still need a unique "hostname", which will be attached to the left of the GaryNumanFan.NU domain name. For example, mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU.

  Please note that we set up additional hostnames in regards to your request. For example, we add ftp.mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com to mydomain.com. If you're using our domain, then ftp.mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU and www.mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU are added to mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU. In the latter case, it is probably wisest to advertise mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU to your viewers, and not www.mydomain.GaryNumanFan.NU.

• FTP Username & Password - In order to upload your website files to our server, we need to assign a unique username and password for use with our FTP server. This can be different from your default email address. If you are ordering multiple websites, each can have its own unique username and password, or can be configured to share a single username and password. If you choose the latter, don't fill in the username and password on subsequent forms, just put "same as ".
