If you are ordering a NumanFan Web Hosting account, you get three free email addresses. If you are ordering a Commercial Web Hosting account, you get five free email addresses.

What we need from you now is some setup information for each email account you are ordering (both free accounts and paid accounts). In the table below, please fill in (for each account, use more than one form if necessary):

• Email Address - Please enter the full email address, including domain name. For example, myname@GaryNumanFan.NU or myname@mydomain.com. Userid's should be all lower case, using the letters a-z and/or numbers 0-9. The only other acceptable characters are the dash (-) and the period (.)
• Password - a secret password for logging into each account. The same restrictions on characters are in effect. Try to make this a password that is not easily guessed, and that contains both letters and digits.
• Forward Email - If you will be using our POP3 or Webmail server to access this account, leave this field blank. If you want us to forward this account to another email address (perhaps your existing mailbox at your ISP), then enter the full email address of the account to forward to.
• Announce - From time to time, we will make announcements that affect many or all of our customers, such as scheduled downtimes for maintenance, etc. Put the word "yes" here if you want to receive such announcements, or "no" if you do not. You should put "yes" unless you're using more than one account for your own uses, in which case put "yes" only by the name of the account that you will use as your primary email address.

You may not wish to set up all of your free email addresses (if entitled) at this time, and that's OK. Simply leave the remaining fields blank - you can set them up later simply by sending email to postmaster@GaryNumanFan.NU. Any paid accounts that are not set up now can also be set up later: these accounts will expire one year after the date they are set up.
